Everglades Florida...Weekend Retreat on Memorial Day weekend May 22-24

Greetings to all! Upcoming Retreat...In South Miami in the Everglades...

Here is the first retreat in Miami...it will be held in the Everglades May 22-24.

Cost is $150 which includes shared accommodations (dorm style), Breakfast & Lunch, daily yoga, live music, kayaking, canoeing and wetland tours of the everglades.
Bonus: You will also receive a massage: traditional or Thai Yoga.

This is for 3 days and 2 nights. An optional 3rd night is $25 more.

Please be aware that you can attend on a daily rate for $50 which will include your meals, activities, and classes.

Tenative Retreat Schedule:

8:30 - 9:30am - Yoga/Stretch/Meditation
10:00 - Breakfast
Leisure Time (optional massage, body/energy work, etc)
1 pm - Lunch
Free time or Activity (kayak, wine tour, wetlands tour, airboat thru the Everglades)
7:00 pm - Dinner
Evening Activity: Treasure Mapping, Drum Circle / Live Music

* Friday schedule...candlelight yoga with a light dinner and then live music/drum circle

Just to update you that the classes in Lima, Peru are not being held in Parque del Amor. I am currently back in Florida. I will be offering classes and private sessions in the Delray/Boca Raton area during the month of April.

Yoga Classes in March '09 / Clases del Yoga en marzo '09

Greetings to all of you fitness enthusiasts!
I am currently in Lima, Peru and offering evening Evening Yoga classes to help you wind down your day!
The schedule for March will be Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
The location is in the green area beside the Love Park.
The cost is a donation of 15 sols per class.
